: Your contractor should be licenced and insured. They should be able to provide references. The contractor and or team should be showing up on time and provide a detail work schedule. There should be consistent communication between you and the contractor.
If an owner is unable to be on site during the work process, the contractor should be providing details on the progress to the owner or the general contractor. -
